Imabari City in Ehime Prefecture is known for its quality towels and for its leading textile dyeing industry. For the “IMABARI Color Show” introducing the dyeing technology in Imabari City, Emmanuelle Moureaux revealed an installation “1000 COLORS WAVE”, using her own 1000 (one thousand) colors palette specially created for the exhibition. It is the second installation realized for the “IMABARI Color Show” after the 2017-2018 exhibitions in Spiral Garden and Imabari City.KNIT IN 100 COLORS

During the Paris Fashion Week 2018 held in September, UNIQLO launched a special exhibition “The Art and Science of LifeWear : Creating a New Standard in Knitwear” at the Galerie Nationale du Jeu de Paume. The exhibition marked the brand’s first large-scale exhibition open to the public. It introduced UNIQLO’s knitwear in five zones “Art”, “Science”, “Craftsmanship”, “Fashion”, “Collaboration”.

“Forest of Numbers” – the symbolization of the next 10 years to come. Used without any partition walls for the first time, the 2000 square metre White Cube exhibition room became a canvas for the installation, filled with “100 colors”, inspiration and emotion, it became the largest installation of Emmanuelle Moureaux work.
